Kevi 2051 Stool 151-Rhubarb

Rhubarb crumble has never been quiet, and neither is this stool. Its dusty, rosy red sits somewhere between a faded poppy and a well-loved lipstick, and it can lift a pale corner out of its sleepy mood in about three seconds. Set one next to a grey sofa and the room suddenly looks as if it has a sense of humour.

Designed by Jørgen Rasmussen, the Kevi 2051 is 47 cm tall with a 42.5 by 42.5 cm square seat, made from wood and lacquered metal in matching 151 Rhubarb. Use it as a spare seat for guests who pretend not to mind sitting low, as a bedside perch or as a small stage for a plant that deserves attention. It keeps its colour from top to toe, so there is no clash between seat and legs, only one confident, rosy statement in the room's accessories.
