Payment

At AndLight you can use the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

You can never be charged more than the amount you have authorised at the time of purchase.

As an AndLight customer, paying by credit card is safe, as we use an SSL connection to ensure that no one else is "watching" when your card number or other data is transferred online.
The credit card information is transmitted via AndLight to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. We do not and will never see your card details, as this part of the transaction is handled by a PBS certified payment processor.

AndLight is certified by Trustpilot, which gives you as a customer the maximum security for a safe service at AndLight. This applies to technical aspects such as encryption of payment data and use of personal data as well as commercial aspects such as ensuring your right of return, right of withdrawal, etc.

Pay online

When you pay by card, we will not debit your account until your order is shipped from us. You will receive a receipt/invoice for the payment when we ship your order.

You are in a good legal position if you pay by card online, as you can get your money back if:

  • A larger amount has been charged than the amount you authorized at the time of purchase.

  • You have not received the item you ordered.

  • An amount has been charged at a time when you have canceled your card.

  • An amount has been charged more times than you authorized at the time of purchase.

This is your right, and the issuer of your card (usually your bank) must give you a refund within 2 days of your dispute.
