This accessibility statement applies to the digital service at www.andlight.com/en, provided by Royal Design Group AB.

We strive to ensure that our e-commerce service – including the website, checkout flow, and customer service – is accessible to all users in accordance with the requirements of the Act on the Accessibility of Products and Services (European Accessibility Act – EAA).

The digital service is partially compliant with the requirements of the EN 301 549 standard, which includes guidelines in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AAA.

Accessibility shortcomings

We are aware of the following shortcomings in our digital service:

  • Some editorial images lack correct or complete alternative text (alt text).

  • Live content, such as video on product pages or inspiration pages, in some cases lacks captions or text alternatives.

  • Keyboard navigation may occasionally lack a clear focus indicator, which may affect usability for people who navigate using only a keyboard.

  • Icon buttons or elements with only visual indicators sometimes lack a programmatic description, such as an aria-label.

  • Contrast levels in certain older page templates may fall below recommended levels for readability.

  • The focus order in certain modal windows or mobile menus may be perceived as illogical.

We are actively working to improve accessibility across all parts of the service. Our goal is to remedy the above shortcomings by the fourth quarter of 2026.
