Vipp Sofas

Vipp sofas combine a powder-coated steel frame with durable upholstery in two series, Loft and Chimney, alongside the 461 daybed in black leather. This page gathers the 2-seater sofas and the daybed, made for living rooms, offices and contract spaces, with a firm steel frame under every seat.

Vipp sofas with a steel frame

Both sofa series are built around a solid frame in powder-coated steel, which gives a tight, graphic look and a long life. The fabrics have high wear resistance of up to 50,000 Martindale, so the sofas suit private homes as well as hotels and offices.

Loft and Chimney

The Vipp Loft sofa is a modern take on the classic lounge sofa, with clean lines and an architectural lightness. The Vipp Chimney has a more enveloping shape that feels softer and more inviting. Both come as 2-seater sofas in fabrics such as Bark, Brook and Wavy, in combinations like Beige and Chestnut, Grey Melange, and Off White with Light Grey, with frame details in black or stainless steel.

The 461 daybed

The 461 daybed is inspired by Vipp's very first chair and has an upright design for sitting or lying down. The steel frame carries a seat in black leather with vertical stitching that gives volume, and the leather will patina over time.

In the room

A sofa in a calm fabric works well with a table from the Vipp collection, and a pale model suits a room with oak furniture. The steel frame and the graphic outline keep the sofas looking tidy in an open living area, and the daybed can stand against a wall or at the foot of a bed as an extra seat.
