Vipp dining chairs in oak and leather

The 481 Cabin dining chair is Vipp's first wooden chair, after around 80 years of working mainly in steel. It has a solid oak frame and a soft leather seat, in Dark Oak with Black Leather or Light Oak with Sand Leather. The seat looks as if it floats between the legs, so the chair seems to be made from a single piece of wood. Vipp Cabin also includes a bar stool, an armchair and a round table.

Swivel chairs at the table

The 451 dining chair comes in black leather and the Lodge chair in Light Oak with a fabric seat. The swivel chairs of the 452 and 453 series, normally used at a desk, also work at the dining table and are made in special editions. The Mesura Edition is upholstered in a striped jacquard from C&C Milano or in yellow textile, developed for an installation at 3daysofdesign. The Guesthouse Edition has a patterned fabric.

Colours and finishes

The oak models are Dark Oak and Light Oak, the swivel chairs have polished aluminium frames and gliders, and a few are in Tide and Dark Brown. Matching tables are in Vipp dining tables, and the whole range is at Vipp.
