Flos spotlights

Flos has a small but distinct range of spotlights. Light Shadow is a surface-mounted system in white. Light Shadow Surface 4 Spots has four adjustable spots, so the light can be aimed at different parts of a room, and is Dali dimmable, which gives control over the brightness. The Pro Spot comes in a small size and as a larger Ø60 surface version, with a minimalist shape and soft, even light plus a spot function for targeted lighting.

Wan

Wan Built-in Spotlight is a simple recessed spotlight in black that gives direct light. Designed by Johanna Grawunder, Wan is also offered in white, green and aluminium according to the product description. The same series includes a ceiling and wall lamp. Light Shadow suits both private homes and commercial spaces, and its white finish gives a clean, modest look.

Using spotlights

Spotlights suit kitchens, hallways and gallery walls, where a focused beam is more useful than general light. Four adjustable spots can wash a long wall or divide a room into zones, while a built-in spot keeps the ceiling clean.
