101 Copenhagen Geta
101 Copenhagen Geta is a tray inspired by Japanese decorative trays, made of fibre concrete with a hand-glazed outside. It holds various decorations or highlights one chosen object, and it comes in Coffee. The glaze varies slightly from piece to piece. Find the Geta tray here.
101 Copenhagen Geta: a Japanese-inspired tray
Geta is designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for 101 Copenhagen, with inspiration from Japanese decorative trays. The tray is made of fibre concrete, and the outside is hand-glazed.
Glaze and finish
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the colours may vary slightly from piece to piece. The finish is Coffee. The tray is not one hundred percent waterproof, so it suits dry use better than wet.
Ways to use it
Use the tray for various decorations, or to highlight a selected element. Placed on a table, shelf or sideboard, it groups objects and gives them a defined place. Find similar pieces among the 101 Copenhagen decorative accessories.
