Kevi 2001 Coffee Table 05-Black

Every living room has a centre of gravity, and it is usually a coffee table covered in cups, magazines and a half-finished jigsaw. This one is round and generous, a 90 cm disc in black veneer that lets everything gather without a fight over the corners. At just 36 cm high, it sits low enough to feel relaxed and high enough to hold a tray without a stoop.

Jørgen Rasmussen's Kevi 2001 Coffee Table has a Ø90 top in veneer finished in 05 Black, and a frame in matching black. The shape means nobody gets the bad seat: everybody has an equal view of the biscuits. Place it between a pair of sofas, in front of a large armchair or in the middle of a room that needs a gravitational pull. Black is a calm, graphic choice that frames whatever you set upon it, from stacked books to a bowl of clementines.
