Andersen ARC: a herringbone cutting board in acacia
ARC Carvingboard from Andersen is a cutting board with its own expression. The simple herringbone pattern shows the structure and pattern of acacia wood, and the series is made of FSC certified acacia. The play of colours in the wood gives glow and warmth to the kitchen.
Details for cutting and serving
On the back a notch gives a secure grip, and on the front a juice groove collects meat juices when a steak is carved. The board also works as a serving board, for example for tapas. Before first use the board should be treated with sunflower or rapeseed oil, and regular oiling keeps its glow and resilience. The wood fibres may rise after use, which can be fixed by sanding with sandpaper of grain 240 or finer. For more kitchen pieces, see Andersen kitchen accessories.
