The living room is where the day slows down: a book on the sofa, a film under a blanket, long conversations with a glass of wine. The right light is what makes it cosy. MOVA: from a school project to your sofa table
MOVA started as a school project. Design student Signe Bondgaard created it, and Dyberg Larsen liked it so much that they brought it to market. It's small and cordless, with a soft opal shade, a brushed metal frame and a leather-wrapped handle that makes it easy to carry. It has three dimming levels and runs up to 55 hours on one charge. It's also IP44 rated, so it can follow you from the sofa out to the balcony.

Frank Kerdil's MooveLIGHT turns 10 this year. It's cordless, rechargeable and dimmable, and has been a favourite for a decade because it goes wherever the cosy moment is.
