The Nuura Apiales series is designed by Sofie Refer and is characterized by its light, organic design, inspired by flowers in bloom. The series consists of pendants, ceiling lights, wall lamps and chandeliers, where several glass domes are combined in an open and balanced construction. The hand-blown glass provides a soft and pleasant light, while the slender metal arms create structure and rhythm in the design. Apiales is available in several sizes and constructions and is suitable for both smaller suspensions and larger, more striking installations - for example above dining tables, in stairwells or as a central light in larger rooms. The series is a clear example of Nuura's approach to light, where form, proportions and materials are thought out from the start.
