Århus Cinema

Nordisk Film Biografer is dedicated to elevating the experience of going to the cinema. As one of the largest cinema chains in Denmark, they aim to create locations that inspire a sense of theater-like immersion for their guests. In collaboration with the renowned architecture company Briq Group, they have achieved the perfect balance between aesthetic indulgence and functional design. Visitors are welcomed into spaces adorned with soft fabrics, warm color tones, bespoke modern wall decorations, and a stylish bar area for drinks—all before stepping into the cinema halls to enjoy the latest blockbuster film.

AndLight Contract was invited to participate in the project, supplying all loose furniture and lighting while overseeing the installation across the 2,000-square-meter cinema. This included foyers, hallways, and cozy corners in the centrally located cinema in Århus C, Denmark. Thanks to the strong collaboration between Briq Group and Nordisk Film Biografer, the project was successfully completed and handed over at the end of 2024.
