Kartell Vases and bowls

Kartell vases and bowls turn plastic into sculpture, from the undulating Okra by Patricia Urquiola to the crystal-like I Shine and U Shine by Eugeni Quitllet. This page gathers Kartell vases and bowls in transparent and coloured finishes for shelves and tables. Okra comes in a low and a tall version.

Kartell vases and bowls as objects

Kartell vases and bowls are decorative objects first. They use plastic in ways that look like glass, ceramic or cut crystal, but with a lighter weight, and they add colour and form to a shelf, a sideboard or a dining table with or without flowers.

Okra, I Shine and U Shine

Okra is made from recycled plastic material and represents a continuous search for new tactile and aesthetic effects. Patricia Urquiola gives the vases undulating, organic and flowing forms with proportions that make the whole structure look harmonious. Okra comes in a Low and a Tall version in Orange, Purple, Sky Blue and Yellow. I Shine is a refined collection of vases designed by Eugeni Quitllet, made of transparent or solid-coloured PMMA. It has sharp lines and symmetrical shapes that recall cut glass, with the lightness and durability of plastic, and comes in Blue, Crystal, Green, Pink and Smoked Grey. U Shine is a bowl in the same colours, with Art Deco-inspired forms and a geometric silhouette.

Piazza

Piazza adds a flatter format in Beige, Grey and Terracotta.
