Kartell coffee tables put colour and shape first. Round tops, lacquered glass and coloured plastic make each one a small design object, and most come in several sizes so they can be grouped or used alone in front of the sofa.

Thierry, Undique Mas and Dr. Na

Thierry is a series of coffee tables designed by Piero Lissoni, in sizes such as 33x50, 45x45 and 50x50 and in Blue, Grey and White. The top is lacquered glass on three cylindrical legs that are often in contrasting colours, and the tables work well both alone and in groups. Undique Mas by Patricia Urquiola is a softer reworking of her Undique tables, with fuller, more generous shapes, in 120x60 and 85x91 and in Grey, Orange and Pink. Tops of different sizes and heights can be arranged in new ways. Dr. Na is a round table in Ø60 with a base in lacquered aluminium and a leg in solid-colour plastic. The 1990s design by Philippe Starck now comes in matt White, Grey, Black, Sage Green, Rusty Orange and Mustard Yellow, and works indoors and outdoors.
