Concept:
For Jørn Utzon, his father's job as a marine engineer and his technical drawings sparked a life-long fascination with ships, boats, and light. More than a decade previous to designing his master piece, the Sydney Opera House, Jørn Utzon channelled his fascination into this pendant, where the world for the first time saw the combination of the clean naval lines and light.
