Product Information
Designer: Louis Weisdorf
Concept:
The pendant Multi-Lite was first sketched in 1972 by Louis Weisdorf. The lamp salutes the golden age of Danish cultural life in the first half of the 19th century through its characteristic shape. The base of the lamp consists of two cylindrical shapes where the metal ring around it creates a point of rotation for the two outer mobile shades. These two shades can be rotated to give the lamp several combinations and expressions. The Multi-Lite pendant can radiate different kinds of light by rotating the two shades; directly upwards, downwards or an asymmetrical artistic light. Therefore, the Gubi Multi-Lite Pendant fits into all types of rooms in the house.
