Kartell Take: a classic lamp, cut in half

Take was designed by Ferruccio Laviani as a modern interpretation of the classic bedside lamp. The shade has a traditional shape, but a rectangular plastic sheet divides the lamp in the middle and creates the illusion that it is cut in half. The result is a designer lamp with a clear idea and a lively look.

Colours and use

Take comes in Black, Blue, Crystal, Smoked and White. It is made for the bedroom and sits well on a bedside table, but the clear graphic shape also suits a sideboard or a hallway console. In pairs, two Take lamps give a bedroom a symmetrical, modern look. Its clean, sculptural shape also suits a desk in a home office.
