GUBI Beetle: a shell inspired by a beetle

Beetle was designed by the Danish-Italian duo GamFratesi for GUBI. The organic shapes take their inspiration from a beetle, and the shell is comfortable enough to sit in for hours. It is used for dining chairs, bar stools, armchairs, office chairs and stools.

Heights, bases and colours

The bar stool comes in H65 and H75 for a low bar or a high kitchen island, with Beetle Soft in H67 and H77. Bases include a conic base in black chrome, brass semi matt or matt black, and a black plastic base on the dining chair. Shell colours include Black, New Beige, Sweet Pink, Alabaster White and Amber Brown, and the upholstered versions use Around Bouclé, Remix 3 and Sunday fabrics.
