Edgeform Urc

The Edgeform Urc series is made of mouth-blown glass and inspired by the sea urchin. Designed by Rune Krøjgaard, it includes pendants and wall lamps in three sizes and a transportable lamp, in Amber and Smoke, with wavy lines that reflect the light. Each glass is blown by mouth.

Edgeform Urc: glass with wavy lines

Urc takes its shape from the sea urchin and the natural movements of the sea. The mouth-blown glass has the well-known wavy lines that reflect the light, combined with a slim metal frame that keeps the expression light and balanced. Pendants and wall lamps come in Ø19, 26 and 36, and the transportable lamp is available too. All are made in Amber or Smoke.

The wall lamp

The wall lamp has a spine-like effect radiating from a central sphere, which makes an interplay of light and shadow in the glass. The detailed glass and the minimalist metal frame make it a piece that is as much an eye-catcher as a light.

Urc in the room
