Kevi 2051 Stool 154-Azure

There is a stool that looks like a patch of clear sky has landed in your kitchen and decided to stay. Azure is a fresh, crisp blue, the shade of a tidy fjord on a good day, and it makes every nearby object look cleaner. It is the colour of summer holidays, breezy washing lines and the first swim of the year.

Jørgen Rasmussen's Kevi 2051 stands 47 cm high, with a seat of 42.5 by 42.5 cm, in wood and lacquered metal both finished in 154 Azure. Park a pair beneath a breakfast bar and watch weekday breakfasts feel a little more like holiday. Tuck one in the bathroom for towels and a bit of cheer, or set one beside a white sofa to inject a dash of colour without redecorating. It is a small piece with a big forecast: sunny, with occasional guests.
