Cho Table Lamp White/ Terracotta
Product Information
Cho means butterfly in Japanese, which is clearly reflected in the lamp's shape and expression. Here, the lightness the shade meets the solid steel base, white against black, in a balanced contrast.
The CHO lamps are the result of a form study of the shapes that emerge when an oval piece of paper is subjected to pressure. A single sheet with two soft folds is gently held in place in a slender metal frame, like a wing stretched elastically between two columns. The shape unfolds into a poetic shade that invites interpretation and changes character depending on the angle of the viewer. The lamp is available in two sizes and in several colors.
