Design: Vipp

Concept:
The iconic pedal bucket from Vipp. A sand classic that has seen only a few changes in its appearance during its many years on the market. Originally, the first pedal bucket was created by Vipp's founder Holger Nielsen back in 1939. Holger's wife, Marie, needed a bucket that could be opened with her feet in her hairdressing salon. With this need in mind, he created the first design for the now legendary pedal bucket.

The pedal bins are made with a lid in stainless steel and a body in powder-coated steel. This provides a robust and stylish pedal bin. Vipp's pedal buckets come with an airtight closure and a built-in dampening mechanism that closes the lid in a soft and silent movement. Spandende is also equipped with a rubber ring at the bottom that helps protect your floor.
