Concept: The wood that the lamp is made of is known to be white, smooth and without knots. The softwood should be felled before the fall to maintain its whiteness and flexibility. The pioneering designer Ferrán Freixa chose this wood for the Nagoya lamp, a masterpiece in industrial design, which became the first winner of the Golden Delta ADI-FAD award for the best industrial design produced in Spain back in 1961. Such a type of lamp creates a calm and zen feeling.
